What is the bag policy?

All bags will be searched upon entry. Bags larger than 6” x 9” x 2” are not permitted (this includes clear bags).
In the event that prohibited items are revealed during a search, the guest will be permitted to return to their vehicle with the item or the item will be confiscated. Paycom Center will not safeguard any personal belongings or items of any type. Paycom Center management has the sole right to determine the type of pre-event screening including but not limited to a bag search, x-ray machines, wands, pat-downs, and walk-thru metal detectors.

Who manages the arena?

Paycom Center is managed by ASM Global. At what age does my child need a ticket to an event?

Children’s ticket policies vary by event. For most shows geared toward children, any child who has reached their first birthday must have a ticket. For most concerts and touring shows, children who have reached their second birthday require a ticket. For Oklahoma City Thunder games, children ages three and up (this includes children needing a seat) require a game ticket to enter Paycom Center. In some cases an event will require every guest, regardless of age, to have a ticket. However, for every event, a child will require a ticket in order for them to have their own seat.

Can I bring my camera to an event?

Cameras with professional/interchangeable/detachable lenses or lenses greater than 3 inches in length will not be permitted, nor will monopods, tripods or flash. Audio and video recording are always strictly prohibited unless approved by the artist or event.
Please note that some events may enforce a modified camera policy. Paycom Center reserves the right to examine and prohibit the use of any camera that conflicts with the policy set by the event.

What time do arena doors open?

Arena doors are scheduled to open 90 minutes prior to the start time of each Thunder home game. For touring shows, this may vary by event. To verify when doors open for a specific event, visit the event page for the show you are attending.

How do I get a birthday or special occasion announced during a Thunder game?
-
All in-game announcement requests should be sent to the Oklahoma City Thunder’s guest relations department. You can contact them at fans@okcthunder.com or by phone at (405) 208-4800. At least 48 hours notice is required for all announcements.

Can I bring a sign or a banner to an event?

Signs and posters larger than 11" x 17" are prohibited.
Banners and signs are permitted as long as they do not block the view of others, interfere with the event, contain advertising of any form, present a safety hazard, or contain political or obscene material. Banners may not be affixed with any type of material that is permanent in nature or that alters the facility in any manner. Poles and sticks are prohibited. Political signage and solicitation are restricted from being brought into the building. Building management reserves the right to remove any banner or sign. Signs may also be prohibited if requested by the event.

How do I purchase wheelchair accessible seating?

Tickets for wheelchair accessible seating may be purchased along with seating for companions or guests at the arena box office or online at Ticketmaster.com. When purchasing online, please indicate if you require accessible seating by looking for the silver “Request Accessible Tickets” button on the right-hand side of the event page or the blue circle when using the interactive seating map.

Can I buy tickets on the day of the event?

Yes, if tickets are available, they can be purchased on the day of the event, including at the arena box office.

Where is the First Aid station located?
-
First aid facilities are available on the entry level across from Section 112. The arena is equipped with Automatic External Defibrillators (AED) located near the elevators at Sections 106, 210 and 310. Designated employees, including trained medical staff, have been properly trained and certified to use the AED. In the event of a medical emergency, contact a member of our staff for assistance.

When are the arena's restaurants open?

The arena’s restaurants are open only on days when the arena is hosting an event. For Thunder games, Michelob ULTRA Club opens one hour prior to the general opening of arena doors. For non-Thunder events, Michelob ULTRA Club and Jack Daniel’s Old No. 7 Club open at the same time as arena doors. All of our restaurants are available to any ticketed guest for that day’s event.

Do I need a reservation for the arena's restaurants?

Reservations are not required for any of the arena’s restaurants but are recommended for Michelob ULTRA Club You can make a reservation by calling (405) 601-4459.

How are the seats numbered in the arena?

When facing the stage or playing surface, seat No. 1 will always be the farthest to the right in each row at the arena.

When is the Thunder team store open?
-
The Thunder Shop's regular business hours are Monday-Friday: 10AM - 6PM. Saturday: 10AM - 4PM. The store's hours can vary on holidays, during speciala events and days when there is a game or event at Paycom Center.

Where can I access rideshare options?

Rideshare options like Uber and Lyft pickup and drop off point is at Second and Harvey, located on the west side of Paycom Center.

Can I charge my phone somewhere?
-
Throughout the property, you can find chargeFUZE portable phone charging kiosks that allow guests to rent a portable mobile power bank that can be used anywhere and returned to any location on site. ChargeFUZE power-banks are built in to include charging cables for iOS, Android, and other devices.
To use a chargeFUZE power-bank, scan a QR code on the digital screen to initiate the rental, charge any device with the portable charger, then return the charger to any chargeFUZE kiosk in the venue. Rental fees are $2 per 30 minutes, with a maximum rental fee of $40 if the charger isn’t returned to the network.
ChargeFUZE kiosks are located at Sections 111, 118, 229, and 313.
